The apartment was equipped with a washing machine, which was a game-changer for me. No more hand-washing my clothes like a medieval peasant!
Expensive port parking.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was well decorated in a modern style and it was much cleaner than most hotels. The owners were nice, super welcoming, and made us feel comfortable and warm, just like staying at home. The hotel was conveniently located, only 20 seconds walk to a great bakery and a big supermarket. We were also close to the port and the beach, which was so practical.
No complaints.

The terrace was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the view. The apartment had all the drinks I needed for a caffeine and sugar overload. I even got to explore the city with a bike from the property. Free WiFi? I was practically living in luxury!
Oh, I just adored having towels offered in the apartment. It was such a treat to dry myself after showering and not have to worry about bringing my own.

My stay at the beautiful modern compact studio in a secure location close to amenities was exceptional. The location was fantastic, with the port and the center of town just a short walk away. The apartment itself was well-equipped and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The shower room was fantastic, and the apartment had a washing machine, which was convenient for beach towels. The key collection process was smooth and Corine, the host, was wonderful. The supermarket next to the apartment was handy, and the apartment was situated in a quiet area with no neighbor noise. I highly recommend this apartment.

Stayed here for 2 nights driving across Europe. Corine was a fantastic host, showing us all the facilities and how everything worked. The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean with modern furnishings. The kitchenette was well-equipped and there was a supermarket and bakery nearby. The location was good, with an easy walk to the port and the center of town. The air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly. Thank you, Corine, for a most enjoyable stay!
Felt like a VIP, no complaints at all.

I had a fantastic stay at this villa in Nice. The location was perfect, being very close to the port and within walking distance to everything I wanted to see and do. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped kitchen and a good-sized shower room. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch, and I was impressed with how sparkling clean it was upon my arrival. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and they even provided me with snacks. The parking was a bit challenging to find on the street, but there was a supermarket right on the doorstep, which was very convenient.
Nothing to mention.

I recently stayed at Villa Lympia in Nice for a week and had a wonderful time. The cozy apartment had all the necessary utilities and equipment, including a cooker and washing machine. The location was excellent, being near the old port, the beach, and a grocery store. Additionally, it was only a short walk to the bus stop for easy access to Monaco and Menton. The owners, a charming couple, were incredibly helpful and kind. I felt right at home at Villa Lympia.
Totally recommend this hotel.
